The awaited Moomin winter collection is finally here, and it is filled with colours, details and rich prints in shades of burgundy, red, blue, and teal. This collection is made from ecologic organic cotton, super soft velour, and fleece that is super soft on the inside as well at outside.

Moomin characters are adventuring in adorable settings in this collection. In addition to rich prints, we have added solid-coloured pieces with prints of Moomin characters into this collection. 

The Moomin winter collection has something for all occasions, from normal days at home to daycare and school. Dress your little one for birthday parties, relaxed moments at home with the family, and colder days of winter! We have not forgotten how much fun it is to match, so we have matching clothes for babies in sizes 56 to 86 cm and children in sizes 92 to 121 cm, and some clothes are available up to 128 cm. Perfection!

Our beloved family pyjama collection is so colourful and rich with its lovely prints. Our collection has matching pyjamas, college shirts, and fleece overalls for the whole family, from babies to adults. The matching winter college shirts are available from children’s sizes 86/92 cm to adult sizes - how lovely! According to our designer: “Winter has arrived to the Moominvalley, and there are large piles of snow everywhere, with glimmering ice bringing a magical atmosphere to the world. Moomins are enjoying the winter wonderland among the gentle shades of dawn and dusk. Cool blue, pink hues of dawn, and the winter atmosphere are repeated in the shades of the winter collection.”

Amaryllis and Park

The whole Moominvalley is glowing in shades of pink, as large amaryllis flowers have bloomed. Moominmamma, Snork, Mymble, and Little My are admiring the flowers peacefully. Over there, Moomintroll and Snorkmaiden have sat down to enjoy the lovely atmosphere. It is so beautiful!

The floral Amaryllis print in shades of pink is available for babies in a long-sleeved bodysuit, pyjama, and leggings. For larger children, our collection has a shirt, a college shirt, college trousers, and velour leggings. We are adding some Amaryllis products to this collection: babies' and children's velour dresses and a babies' bib are coming soon.

According to our designer: ”Amaryllis is a wintery floral print, celebrating the atmospheric wintertime had at home. Whether a hug shared between Moomintroll or Snorkmaiden, or knitting woollen socks for the whole family, this print emphasises sharing and caring.”

The lovely Park print, in pink and white, is very detailed, inspired by a lively winter garden: there is a lot to see, and everyone gets to do their favourite activities.

This print is very charming, making little and larger Moomin fans happy with its energetic spirit. For babies, the print is available in a long-sleeved bodysuit and dress, our beloved classic bodysuit dress, and a scarf. For larger children, the print is available in a flowy-hemmed dress, a long-sleeved shirt, and a skirt. For cute matching moments!

The Moomin characters are off to enjoy the fun atmosphere at the park! Under the pear threes, one can sit down to relax like Moominpappa, or dance wildly like Moominmamma! Moomintroll seems to want to pick the ripe pears, while Sniff, Mymble, Snufkin, and Stinky are admiring the abundance of the park, astonished! But oh, Little My! Maybe the best way to pick ripe fruit is not to shake the tree!

Decoration and Bakers

Little My knows that nights get darker as we head into the winter. But she also knows that when you decorate your home, the darkness is not quite so bad! So let’s adorn our home with colours, flowers, and decorations, and let them bring us joy!

The rich and multicoloured Decoration print pops up beautifully against the dark blue fabric. This charming print is available for babies in a long-sleeved bodysuit, pyjama, and our classic bodysuit dress. Our designer’s thoughts on the print: “The winter and Christmas time is mostly decorating and making our surroundings beautiful and joyful when it is so dark outside. This colourful Decoration print makes decoration fun with Little My!”

“Wintertime is the best for baking. With Moominmamma advising them, Snorkmaiden and Little My are helping her fill the table with cakes, jams, and other treats!”

It is time to bake some tasty treats! Moominmamma is very busy in the kitchen, with Snorkmaiden and Little My helping her enthusiastically, or at least taste testing! Are they preparing for a party, the Holiday season, or are they making treats just because they want to?

Flakes and Star Sky

Oh, look! The first snowflakes are slowly falling down– how lovely! Moominmamma, Little My, Snorkmaiden, and Mymble are overjoyed. A cat and Primadonna’s horse have come to celebrate the first flakes of winter, too!

Our designer’s thoughts on the print: “There is nothing more exciting for children than to see the first snowflakes of the season. This print captures the excitement when you look out of the window and notice it is snowing.” 

”The Star Sky print is inspired by a beautiful winter’s night, with a bright sky, icy air, and shiny stars”, our designer describes.

This charming print is atmospheric and playful in shades of blue, and it is available for babies in our classic long-sleeved bodysuit and pyjama, as well as our new arrival, a bodysuit shirt! This new product has a bodysuit bottom under a long-sleeved shirt. This keeps the shirt for riding up an keeps it on well. For children, the print is available in a long-sleeved shirt.

It is a wintery night in the Moomivalley, and the dark sky is suddenly bright with stars. Moominvalley residents have arrived to admire them. Oh look, a shooting star! Let’s not forget to wish!

Joyful My and Playday

What would be better than a Joyful My hat and overall during the winter? We can’t think of anything! This lovely pink print features hearts and pictures of a happy little My. The hat is available in both babies’ and children’s sizes 42/44 to 52/52, and the overall is available in sizes 56 to 128 cm.

Little My by Tove Jansson is a fiery little girl. She is joyous, energetic, and always knows what she wants. Now she is running around, happily. Life is so lovely! What has gotten Little My so happy?

This adorable beige print is available in an overall and hat. The hat is available in both babies’ and children’s sizes 42/44 to 52/52, and the overall is available in sizes 56 to 128 cm. So soft and perfect!

Our designer’s thoughts on the print: “What is better than a day filled with fun games and playing. Sniff and Stinky are having a fun playday, but it seems that Sniff is doing all the work while Stinky is relaxing!”

Yay, it is playday! Stinky and Sniff are celebrating, trying to choose what to play next. Thankfully you can play as many games as you want during playday!

Expressions and Fellas

Moominvalley residents are delightfully expressive! You can always tell their mood – are they happy, sad, scared, upset, anticipating for something, or just calm and quiet. These expressions are so lovely!

Our designer is inspired by the fun expressions of the Moomin characters! This print is available in a babies’ bodysuit, pyjama, and an overall. For children, the print is available in a college shirt, long-sleeved shirt, and a warm overall. We are adding a babies' bib to this collection soon, stay tuned!

The happy Fellas print features best friends Snufkin and Moomintroll, and some Hattifatteners! This warm, beige print is available for babies in a long-sleeved bodysuit, pyjama, and a scarf (coming soon). Children’s sizes have a long-sleeved shirt.

Is there anything better than spending time with the fellas? Snufkin and Moomintroll do not think so! Even Hattifattener have arrived to look at the friends spending time together.

Camouflage and Sneaky

Moominvalley residents are off to enjoy some time in the woods! There are many shades of green amidst the trees, and that is so lovely! Too-Ticky is enjoying woodworking while Hemulen is trying to capture bugs. Moomintroll seems to be looking for a place to camp in, while Snufkin is walking around calmly. Stinky is watching the others, smiling. But look – The Groke is here, too!

”Camouflage is inspired by the winter forest and its shades of green. They work as camouflage – did you notice that the Groke is present in the print, too?” our designer describes the print.

Stinky is the little, furry creature who lives in the Moominvalley. He is the mischievous friend of the Moomins who is often up to no good! He plays pranks, tricks, and steals from others. He is very curious, but never malevolent. Now it seems that Stinky is enjoying a winter day! He also seems to have stolen some jam from Moominmamma’s cellar. Oh Stinky!

This Sneak print features the mischievous Stinky. This dark blue print is available in a children's long-sleeved shirt. We are adding new products to this collection, and a velour bodysuit, pyjama, and a scarf for babies, and a velour shirt, trousers, and an overall are soon available!

Family pyjama collection and adults

Our family pyjama collection is beloved by all who love winter and Christmas. As the days get darker, it is enjoyable to wear matching, soft pyjamas and lounge at home with loved ones, doing relaxed activities. 

Our family pyjamas, college shirts, and overalls are available for everyone, from babies to adults. These are the perfect attire for family Holiday cards and for lounging at home during the holiday season. T-shirts and fluffy and regular socks bring a finishing touch to this collection. Moominvalley residents are excited as they prepare for Christmas. Oh, how much fun it is! Stinky is trying skiing, Moomintroll is delivering a Christmas gift while Little My is eating a gingerbread cookie. Moominmamma is walking with a candle, while everyone else is perplexed by the hustle and bustle. What a lovely atmosphere. Happy Holidays!

Our adult’s collection is filled with deep, rich colours, with Moomin characters popping up well against the backdrop. Our designers have truly outdone themselves with these new arrivals: The Moona blouse, Nea turtleneck, and Hely dress, all perfect for normal weekdays and festive occasions. We have brought our classic dress, Jenni, and our tunics, Hilda and Ira, in new, rich colours for this season. 

Our classic and beloved Hoodies are available in the shades of winter, with beloved Moomin characters. Our women’s collection has fun sequin details, that bring some glimmer into your day. Our unisex and men’s collection feature the fun Anger print, available in t-shirts and college shirts. The grumpy Moomintroll is a fun detail and is sure to bring a smile to your face.
