Moomintroll and his friends have taken to sea and been caught in the eye of a terrible storm. Around them, they see the churning of the sea and pounding billows. The storm rocks the Moomins’ sailing boat and it looks like a big surge is about to roll over the boat. A big fish has made a dive into the water and its large tail is still visible above the surface. With alarm in their eyes, the Moomins are looking at the greatness of the storming sea.

Our daily choices shape the future! In 2020, 75 years have passed since the publication of the first Moomin book by Tove Jansson. The #OURSEA campaign celebrates this anniversary with a good cause: the campaign is launched to raise awareness of the state of the Baltic Sea and gather funds for the work done by the John Nurminen Foundation to save the sea for the generations to come.
